Middle Intensity Target Heart Beat on Treadmill = 136-148.8bpm

I did not get a chance to do my workout for Monday so I covered Monday's workout by doing it on Saturday.

Yeah, muscle does weigh more than fat, but I still felt dissapointed at that time. But you encouragement does make it sound better. I have improve on my cardio endurance, so I am going to do a 2 mile run instead of a rotation of run .50 and jog .50(up to two mile). I have also include 20 sit up 2x a week.
